Easy to assemble (except one part where the uncut points holding the part in the frame were stronger than a very thin region of the part and it snapped in two during removal - thankfully not in a critical place and some glue around the area seemed to hold it together) and the visual appearance of the laser cut wood fits in very well with this game The neutral building and scorepad compartments are difficult to take the comments out of without turning the box upside down, but this was easily addressed by taping pieces of ribbon inside the compartments to make it easy to take things out (the same way that some battery compartment do) The low curved edges between sections mean that not only can the box not be stored sideways (after a quick shake/rotate test everything was everywhere), but even moving the game in a bag the right way up can result in components moving between compartments of you’re not careful (especially annoying when it’s the 1/2/3 backed tiles that you really don’t want to get mixed). This can be addressed by stuffing tissue paper into each compartment to hold things in, but isn’t a pretty solution. You may want to consider how much additional effort/modification/patience you’re willing to add to get a workable version of something that’s supposed to be making your life easier. Positive in lots of ways, but would much more carefully look at photos before buying another e-raptor insert Recommended only if this is an “at home” game that only ever moves between the shelf and the table

Beautifully made insert, easy to assemble that holds both the base game and the expansion and makes you start the game almost immediately. The assemble took about 25-30 minutes, but there were absolutely no problems with it. The insert fits the box nicely and doesn't move around. A perfect start for an immediate fit.

I really love that it is both an insert and tray. Each player has their own tray of tokens and cards, so setting up the game takes so much less time. I ha absolutely no trouble of assembling it. It is a bit hard to store sideways but I personally stored it horizontally and didn't have a problem.
