COMPLAINT FORM
Complaints are taken into account only on the basis of the protocol written with courier UPS or DPD, so please call your courier and write a protocol with him. There is only 5 days for it, so please make it as soon as possible. Also please send us a photo of this document, so we could move forward with your complaint.
